  • Bank account number and bank routing number

How to list products

List your first product

To sell a product on Al2uno, you must first create your product listing. Either match an existing listing (if someone else is already selling the same product on Al2uno), or create a new listing (if you’re the first or only seller).

You have multiple options for listing your products on Al2uno. You can list large batches using bulk upload or list products one by one.

What you need to start the list of products

In most cases, products must have a Universal Trade Product Number (GTIN), such as a UPC, ISBN, or EAN number. Al2uno uses these product identifiers to identify the exact product you are selling. If you match a listing, you don’t need to provide the product ID because it already exists. If you’re adding a new product to Al2uno, you may need to purchase a UPC code or request an exemption. In addition to the product ID, here’s some important information that goes into each product’s listing:
  • SKU, which is a product identifier that you create to keep track of your inventory
  • Product title
  • Product Description and Explanatory Points
  • Product Pictures
  • Search terms and related keywords

Instructions: What are the categories of restricted products?

It is important that customers can shop with confidence on Al2uno, which is why some product categories (such as some groceries or cars) are known as “restricted product categories”. Al2uno may require performance checks, additional fees and other qualifications in order to sell certain brands or listing items within restricted categories. You will be able to request approval from within the Seller Center.

Successful listing = successful launch

Following best practices for adding lists can have a significant impact on their success. Make it easy for shoppers to find your offers by adding descriptive titles, clear images, and concise bullet icons to your items. Avoid these things that may negatively affect the launch process:

Some differences different product shapes

Products that differ only by color, scent, or size may be good candidates for inclusion as variations. Ask yourself if the customer expects to find the products together on the same page. If not, list them separately.

The perfect picture

Your photos must be at least 500 x 500 pixels (increase the size to 1000 x 1000 for higher quality listings) and set against a plain white background. The product must fill at least 80% of the image area.

Product IDs

Ensure that you meet the requirements for product UPCs and GTINs (Global Trade Product Number). Matching these codes helps to build confidence in the range of products offered in the Al2uno catalog.

Product Details

The product detail page is where customers view a product sold on Al2uno. If you’ve shopped on Al2uno, you’ve likely familiarized yourself with the product detail page. It is the place where customers can find all relevant information about a particular product. When multiple sellers offer the same product, Al2uno aggregates data from all offers into a single product detail page (so we can offer the best customer experience). You can suggest product information on the product detail page, along with other sellers and manufacturers, and request detailed page reviews if you believe the information is incorrect. As you create your product detail pages, try to think of what will best help customers find your products, discover answers to their questions, and make a purchase decision. Target the ultimate customer experience by making your lists concise, accurate, and easy to understand.

How to deliver the products

Select the correct shipping option

When Al2uno shoppers make a purchase, there are 3 ways to have products delivered and shipped to them.

Fulfillment by Al2uno (FBA)

If you choose Fulfillment by Al2uno (FBA), Al2uno will store, package, and deliver your products to customers

Easy Charge (ES)

If you choose easy shipping, you will store and package your products and Al2uno will deliver them to your customers

Self charging

If you choose Ship by Merchant, you will store, pack and deliver your products to your customers

There are two types of FBA fees: a fulfillment fee (charged per unit sold and includes picking and packing your orders, shipping and handling, customer service, and product returns), and an inventory storage fee (charged monthly, and based on the amount of inventory held at one of Al2uno’s fulfillment centers) .

How does the Al2uno recharge service work?

Step 1: Create your shipping plan and book your appointment at Al2uno warehouses.
Step 2: Ship your inventory to Al2uno. It will be scanned and made available for sale.
Step 3:With every order, Al2uno ships the product directly to the customer.
Step 4: Al2uno collects payments from the customer and pays you the available funds every two weeks.
Step 5: The Al2uno customer service team handles questions, returns, and refunds.

  • Order defect rate (a measure of a seller’s customer service standards): <1%
  • Pre-fulfillment cancellation rate (initiated by seller before shipment): <2.5%
  • Delayed shipping rate (orders that ship after the expected date): <4%
  • You can monitor your performance and make sure you meet your targets in Seller Center.

Advertising

Al2uno advertising solutions create new ways for you to reach and engage your shoppers, regardless of whether they are just starting to compare products, or are ready to make a purchase. Ads appear right where customers will see them (such as the first page of search results or product detail pages). Al2uno offers three advertising solutions, all of which can be accessed through Seller Central.

1. Promotional Products

Sponsored Products are ads for featured product listings on Al2uno, so they help increase product visibility (and product sales). They appear on search results pages and product detail pages.

2. Advertising brands

Sponsored Brands showcase your brand and product range. These are search results ads that display your brand logo, a custom title, and up to three of your products.

3. Al2uno stores

Stores are personalized, multi-page shopping destinations for individual brands that allow you to share your brand story and product offerings. (And you don't need any website experience to use it.)

Promotional offers and discount coupons

Customers want to save, and promotions are an incentive to make a purchase right now. There are three types of promotions: money back, free shipping, and buy one get one free. You can also offer percentage discounts or a cash discount using digital coupons.
